Refresh rate: The delay, in seconds, between recieving data and fetching new data.
A higher refresh rate will save bandwidth but will not update The Switch as frequently.
Use Exact Status: When on, The Switch will not flip until the server directly tells it to flip. When you click The Switch, the server is told to flip, but you won't see it flip until the server communicates back and tells you it has been flipped.
Reduce Flickering: Throws out the first data request after you flip the switch in hopes that by the time the next request is recieved, the server has been updated. Also, adds a small delay before the next request.
Auto-adjust flickering delay: Instead of the default 500ms delay when Reduce Flickering is on, a delay is calculated based on your connection speed to the server.
